Payable on or before 10th day of each month. Payment by electronic transfer required.
Advertising Fees 5.0 PCT 5% of net monthly service revenue with a potential rebate if 75% of Salons in specific DMA vote in favor of rebate. Same due date as Royalty fee (on or before 10th day of each month). See Item 11 for more details on rebate process.
Testing and Evaluation Cost N/A VARIABLE Covers costs of testing new products/services or inspecting new suppliers you propose. Due as incurred.
